Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because our pieces are made and shipped to order, please allow additional handling time during drops.

Delivery: Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days depending on your destination. Remote regions may take longer.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Follow it any time via our Track Your Order page.

Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties set by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.

Delays: Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control. If something seems stuck, contact us and we'll help trace it.
